It was kalealicious BBBT! Render diced bacon; add garlic, shallots, chili flakes; douse with copious amouts of whiskey - test first of course☺️; add some white white & cream; add kale, salt - cookdown till desired doneness. 👍

This squash was dusted with Ras el Hanout & cayenne. Super yummy with a dippy egg for breakfast too! 😋
