And @LEGALIZE ... Char onions, tomatoes, whole garlic in hot pan or over flame & puree. Bloom/toast spices - cumin, chili peppers, garlic powder in oil add puree, chicken stock, salt and cook down. This version was thicken with pureed toasted almonds but this is optional. Hope that helps
