What DP said. Also, nothing wrong with syrup, just make sure to weigh it. These look delicious! 

They're great with berries in them. You don't even need syrup. 

I had some a couple weeks ago that were filled with wild huckleberries. They were fantastic!

Yep, I just throw in some fruit or chocolate chips and don't use syrup. Fast, easy, portable, yummy and helps stick to your goals.  

Also, they refrigerate or freeze well and then you can just pop them in the toaster real quick to warm them up when you want one 😊

banana pancakes are good too.... one egg, one banana. no flour no sugar other than the fruit 

There's no reason they shouldn't be on FS. If they're within your budget, why not? They look delicious.

TOFU and fatshredder, here is the recipe found on Food.com Pete’s Scratch Pancakes... 2 cups flour 3 Tablespoons sugar 1 Teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons baking powder 2 eggs, beat them separately before adding to mixture 1/4 cup butter 1 3/4 cups milk 1. Mix dry items first 2. Combine eggs and melted butter to the milk and slowly stir in mixture. 3. Let sit for 10 minutes while heating the pan.
