I’m told keto is not a diet I should choose. Although the rapid weight loss would be nice, it’s not happening. The scale is not reflecting all the hard work at the gym in the last two weeks. I see my body transforming some, but the scale does not reflect 😢

I believe the post says -Not- diabetic. The “not” was the good news.

@christmas2019..you misunderstood..Your post said you didn't have diabetes. I was saying that not having diabetes was great news.
