My week from hell seems to be dying down... my appetite is coming back slowly and steadily (except for yesterday when i made sweet love to a steakburger from steak and shake)... hey give me a break, i hadn't eaten ALL DAY...lol

I had a girlfriend see me yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks, and she says this is the smallest she's ever seen me. and honestly i feel smaller. i'm sure i've put ona couple pounds since my starvation debacle last week, but i'm comfortable back into my 10s , some even loose.

If i'm careful i may beable to keep some of the weight off from last week.

Tomorrow i'm going to visit some family i haven't seen since last Thanksgiving... 30 lbs ago. We'll see how that goes :) Enjoy ur holidays FS.
