Well poop! I can’t seem to get a handle on my eating these last couple of weeks. My eldest daughter is back home with us for a short time, and I’ve been cooking, baking and eating and drinking allllll the high calorie foods and drinks. I’ve gotta stop! I don’t feel great right now and my back is hurting a lot. I gotta get my crap together.

Everyone has to splurge now and then, don’t beat yourself up. You’ll get back on track that’s what this app is for. It is a holiday!! Start tomorrow and just be good today. You’re almost there! 😊👍

Enjoy it and don’t regret it, you will lose the weight after your daughter leaves. It is nice that your enjoy your food as much as others do 🎉
