226 finally...my weight loss has slowed to nothing the only reason I lost today is because I skipped my meager dinner last night. 6 more days and I'm done with this crazy diet..I might as well accept that I'm going to be stuck at around 226 for the next month...but hey I have lost 20lbs this month..that is something.
