Hi Everyone in the fat secrets community!
I've been on a diet for 3 months now and lost 2stone 4lbs.
Im going on a all inclusive holiday to Turkey on Friday for a week.
All I'm thinking about is how much weight I might put on and how I might over come this.
my question is do I go an continue my healthy eating or do I go an just let my hair down? what do others do in this situation.

I found the best for me is to let it go but don't go crackers and keep recording as I stopped me going ott. I have just discovered if I personally stop recording I do gain lots more. Recording keeps you mindful but certainly let your hair down a bit when on holiday.

Relax and enjoy. But don't use it as an excuse to eat the whole buffet. I try to go to the gym before breakfast when on hols.

I've just been on my holidays I had 2 slip ups but I did healthy eat mostly and did a lot of walking and lost 3lb and I don't drink alcohol to.. Just enjoy your holiday and don't worry x

I let my hair down and gained 5lb was off 2 weeks after coming back. walk loads and have a little of what you want. dont let it be a focus just enjoy yourself xx

Enjoy your holiday and relax. Try not to go mad on the food but have a good time and enjoy everything. The diet will be there when you return 😊

I can’t tell you that but whatever you do if you get on it soon as you get back I find it comes of easier than the first time and congratulations on what you have achieved so far 👍👌👍👌

I agree with Dave 10 👍 - enjoy your holiday but continue recording, count everything you put in your mouth and try to walk or exercise more or at least the same as usually. All this really helps 😉. I was on my holiday for a month, did that and all together I l o s t 1 kilo 🥳 ! I really enjoyed my holiday 🥑🍗🥦🍨🥕🍸🍅🧀 !

enjoy your holiday, don't let weight loss rule things. be mindful of what you are eating and exercise you are getting. just remember that holidays are for enjoying life, having a good time and letting real life problems go on a back burner. you have done great so far and you will have learnt some good habits without knowing. just have a great time!

diet mixers from all inclusive bar and wine spritzers. lots of chicken and fish with salads. sorbets instead of ice cream. basically have whatever you want but do sensible swaps. Worked for me in Spain. Most of all ... enjoy x

Hi karling 61 holiday yes, have fun and enjoy if you indulge on holiday you must remember to be stricket when you come back. Or stay healthy on holiday It can be done. What you need to do is think of all the hard work you have put in to lose so much do you want to undo what yove done. Please enjoy your holiday but remember good things in moderation. Good luck. Hi merry Mel. Just stuck to eating 1500kal a day so a 1000 deficit. Exercised, got into cycling do that 2 times a week an weights. I drink aloe Vera Juice 3 times day don't know if it works but give it a go it's suppose to speed the metabolism up. But most importantly will power an determination!
