WOW! my first time in the 83s for so many years. I wonder how long I will bounce befor the 82s? This is an amazing feeling. it is almost 7kg down since I joined FS and a total of 20kg since I started losing weight in 2018. Its slow, I know....but the alternative... I just cannot think of.

Oh my goodness! I just saw the orange/yellow line! I just freaked! Poor hubby had no clue what I was hugging him about! I have been trying so long for this!

Thanks Shereen :) Somehow a terrible week has become bearable. Although nobody in my life has even commented on my loss, besides hubby, I feel good about it.

Wow thats amazing! 20 kgs! Well done. Im looking forward to the day I can say that :) I always tell myself though 'you didnt pick up these extra 30 kilos in 6 months so why do you expect to lose it in 6 months'.

Wonderful!!! Keep going and you will get there - every loss, however small, will get you to your goal at the end and it will all be worth it! You're doing great!

And I don't think that 0,6 is a small loss by any means. If you consistently do around 0,5 every week you've got it!
