Good evening all. I've been hit or miss here lately, more missing than anything else. I'm 2 1/2 weeks after having surgery. I'm definitely not bouncing back like last one. I'm so working up to a full day at work and am so ready for my massive swelling to go away. I'm like 15 lbs swollen and that is some reduction to the swelling. I feel like a oompa loompa. It's all going to be good.

Thank you everyone! Right now I'm focusing on my eating instead of the exercise that went with things before. It's all going to get better and I appreciate your prayers and thoughts.

From the fluids they gave you? Inflammation or the gas they pump in? I tend to gain 2-10# each surgery but a few pounds goes away in a week. Sometimes it take a month or more to lose it all so I’m guessing inflammation for half of my gains. Hope you are feeling better! Be sure to take it nice and slow! Better to be safe than sorry.

I'm doing much better Melissa. Went to the Dr. yesterday and everything is healing like it should so no more appointments. 😊 Gym here I come.
