4800 calories consumed yesterday. 1850 calories above what I burned. Only 5 hours of sleep. Came out with a 1.5# gain. Color me shocked! 😂 In my defense, between Monday's pizza and yesterday morning's pre-workout cake, I accomplished a heck of a lot during my brutal chest workout! A couple post-gym-closure PRs (performance records) which got me fired up for today! Gonna get a body scan this morning to see how fat I'm getting. Then I'll do 1.62 bajillion squats and shoulder presses before coming home to the other half of that glorious caaaaaake!! Doubling up the portion size for tonight's teriyaki takeout! Only 3900 calories for today (556g of carbs 😯) I cannot wait! Mwahahaha! 😁

You can visit the houses used in the movie ( Napoleon & Pedro) and the high school in Preston, Idaho. Also, raspberry shakes at Big J’s are a thing but they’re closed on Sundays! 🙃

Chris, LOL!! 😂 Social studies teachers were kookier somehow though? My ss teacher in high school was this super buttoned up geeky guy with no hair during the day and a club dj at night.

Social studies teachers put the “social” In any school. They coach most of the sports and sponsor most of the clubs. But they have a bad habit of always bringing up the past! 😉
