There comes a time when you look yourself in a mirror and ask yourself what do you want to accomplish; what are you willing to do to achieve it; and when will that be. After dieting for 50 years and realizing that isn't working, I need to change my relationship with food. I have to put to use all the knowledge I have gained through the years and just do the right thing for me, before it is too late.

That is what I've been doing for the past 5 days and it feels empowering.
