My schedule this week didn't allow for the time to update my diet calander online, but, I met my challenge all week!

Less than 10 carbs each day for the entire week! Yea!

Thanksgiving is coming! I have plans to eat at my mothers for Thanksgiving and I have every intenition of eating mashed Potatoes!!

Are you kidding me!!! You are doing FANTASTIC and you lost so much weight this week!! 6.5 lbs !!! I wouldn't recommend losing that much every week and this was a tough week for everyone doing the "Limbo". It does show that you certainly have what it takes to reach your goals. Nothing could possibly stand in your way now, you have GOT THE POWER GIRL! As for the holiday dinner. I got some advice once that I still think about when faced with a holiday meal. The advice is: "It's only ONE DAY"..thats it really, if you are going to someone elses home for the meals, then take a "reasonable" amount of portions on your plate, enjoy every bite and don't bring home any leftover's. It's just ONE day.. no big deal." You went an entire week under the limbo pole, you can handle a meal for one day and just eat sensibly and refuse to take home leftovers. When I cook, I send the leftover's home with my non-dieting friends/family. I also pack some up in freezer sealed meals and put in our deep freeze for "hubby" to have as a quick meal once a week (he is already at goal). You are really doing fantastic. Im glad to hear your pants are lose on you even right out of the dryer. Wait till you reward yourself with a new pair!! You will be amazed how much you can see the difference when you start wearing pants that are not baggy anymore. Great going...
