I've been having a hard time getting enough protein in my diet. And I cant get in the habit of actually eating breakfast. I'm a coffee in the morning girl. Soooooo I bought some Quest multi-purpose protein powder! One scoop equals 100 calories, and 23g protein!! I put half a scoop in each of my 2 cups of coffee. It does not change the taste at all. I sweeten with splenda and cream with oat milk. I think I may be on to something here!!

that's what i do quite often but I use cheap whey from Walmart. the chocolate isn't too bad for artificially flavored. the other thing I love lately is Splenda and 1/4t potassium and salt.

omg that is a great idea! never thought of it. i am always low on protein for tge day. i have some whey protein hope that works!

so I like to add preimer protien banana and cream protien drink to my coffee when I need a caffeine pick me up. its 30 grams of protein, 160 cal, and 5 carbs, I get 12 shakes at Sam's club for about 16/17 dollars

Nice! I am def a coffee addict. And I've never tried protein powder. So I went with quest, unsweetened unflavored multipurpose powder. It has zero taste so it's a super easy adjustment for me!! Gotta have my coffee!! Lol

I like the unflavored too. Mixes well into oatmeal and other things. I'm just super cheap. Lol.
