Feeling a bit better today. Helps that it's payday, I had choir last night and I saw 200 even this morning. I think I am going to go ahead and log my food over the weekend to make sure I am not going overboard... Keep myself on track. I haven't been logging on weekends to try to gain independence from actual "diet" in favor of "lifestyle". Gotta wean at some point. But I think going back and checking up on yourself is good too.

Way to go on the 200 mark! I try to do the independence thing too but it is always nice to check in, I think I will need to do that from time to time for the rest of my life. its not that it is the center of my world now but it is nice to know!

I'm dying here...... coworker is eating something fried- onion rings I think... oh dear.....haven't had onion rings in 6 months....UUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I hit him? Please?

Congrats on the 200 mark! I so hear you on the onion rings...I can smell them...lol...damn! Come on girl! You can resist. Be strong. I made some fudge for my step dad this morning and resisted licking the spatulas and my fingers. So want to stay on track.
