*frustrated*

Perhaps my body is getting too used to my work out. Or the calories. But I'm so not happy. It could be that I gave in after going to the gym late last night and had cereal. But.. I am just frustrated. The last 10 lbs were so quick and these are taking 4x as long. *sigh*. grr.

Look at your chart! You are losing just fine. It's your expectations that are the problem. Losing weight isn't an exact science and your body will lose at it's own rate. Make a commitment to be in this for the long haul and keep going. You will have weeks of doing everything right and gaining, overeating and losing and weeks of staying the same. It's all a part of the journey. You are doing great.

Hey! Don't get to frustrated, your still going in the right direction. Kind of like the tortise and the hare - Slow and steady wins the race, you may notice your body slowing to almost a complete stop and then staying in the same place for a long time, but stick with it eventually your body will let go and you will be back at losing. Your progress thus far is awesome, so keep doing what you are doing!

yeah it is just with my calorie intake alone I should be losing 2 lbs a week and I havent lost anything for 7 days. Plus I went to the gym 5 times last week for over an hour each time thats 5000 calories burned so it should be more than 2 lbs a week. I am just bummed. :\ I know it takes time i know this has happened before. I just don't feel like I have worked on it this hard with so little results. Maybe I need to back off the gym. Maybe I need to do a calorie increase for a couple of days. But I would hate to go up even more...

I would leave it that way it is for now, you have upped your exercise and if your anything like me your losing fat but gaining muscle and the scale will show no changes at all and possibly even a gain. It really is disheartning when you know you are putting in the effort but if you stick with it, your body will let go (easier to say than to do I know).
