I highly recommend it...at least maybe do the trial and see if you like it..I was going to join a boot camp like gym and they wanted 100 bucks a month..so I opted for this which was 8 dollars a month :)

I have a pirated copy of insanity. But that about killed me last time. I clocked my HR at almost 200. . I'm 42 now. Have to be careful.
