Chestnut you are making me blush! All I try to do is treat people as I would like them to treat me - if I manage that then, hopefully, they feel good and return the favour. If they don't it is their loss and not mine! Not always easy as there as some people I would love to annihilate, but that doesn't go down well with the Law so I have to curtail my activities on that front...... Those I just tend to ignore

Looks great Chestnut, I’m loving the picture of the park with the lovely building in the background. Everyone exercises there own way yours is a morning walk and personally I think it’s the best part of the day so don’t be sorry for posting a nice photo. Well done 👍

Hey Nutricali, I’m ok thanks 😊 been busy with dental appointments and my rashes /skin allergies, Had eid BBQ on a family visit and played the hell out of The Last Of Us Part 2 lol i beat it now i really want Ghost Of Tsushima oof Excited for the PS5 👍🏻 How you’ve been?  

Chestnut i’ll be glad and sad when the cold season starts as allergies will hopefully go but the second wave of this virus is coming..

Flower received a letter from the quack telling me "There is a lot of commminution of the scapula" .Haven't got a clue what that means , but i know no press ups oh well i guess the ladies will have to be on top LOL
