Weight 135 Waist 27.5 BP 126/77

I fell off the no-fudge bar wagon. As long as the box was unopened,I resisted. Once my husband opened it last night, it called to me. I had at least 2 of them at 110 calories a pop. I seem to have a selective memory of how many I eat, so I bet it was really 3. I completely forgot about the cantaloupe in the refrigerator which would allow me to snack on lower calorie, less addictive food. There's always another chance today.

On the bright side, calorie count didn't exceed maintenance levels, I perhaps took my body out of starvation mode, and my weight was up only a half pound. I've lost the weight I gained in Colorado, perhaps with an extra half pound gone. I'm exercising regularly, meditating regularly. I lost 3 pounds in the last week, and plan on losing one in the next week, and hope for 2 pounds.

I also need to think about how I will handle things when we go to Georgetown next week. More on that as the day approaches.
