I fasted 42 hours over Thursday and went to physical therapy which was a good workout! Eating plan is going well - broke my fast with olive oil and ACV over lettuce with a bit of shredded cheddar. Had half a chicken breast and 2 slices of swiss for dinner.
It's really not enough calories but I'm not hungry. Of course, I can always eat carbs. That's the scary part of being a binge eater. Once I start it's like a runaway freight train. You never "get over it". No, I'm not having a pity party lol I'm just keeping the truth in front of me. It helps to type it out and acknowledge it instead of fooling myself. :)
Tomorrow I'm going for an adventure. Taking a drive down into the woods of Pennsylvania - Kinzua dam, Tionesta Secnic Area, Cooks Forest. I have to get out of the house. I'm staying overnight and coming back on Sunday! I work from home now so I get cooped up! I will try to do some hiking but I know I can't go far. Maybe 20 steps at a time? I can walk maybe 1/5 of a mile.
Good news is that I did 12 minutes instead of 10 on the treadmill at 1.2 mph instead of 1.0! It was really hard b/c my glutes are not very strong yet. I am working on it!
