Not so great this week..... To be honest, I am getting so fed up of eating food! I don't feel hungry anymore.... Any ideas to help me please? 

I never get fed up of eating but I do 'go off' things from time to time. So I eat other things instead. Maybe a check up at the doctor is needed? Or more exercise to make the body hungry.  

Thanks Anne. I am disabled and have Chronic illnesses. I find exercising really difficult due to PEM (Post Exertion Malaise) and Pain and other factors. I may have to phone my Gp about my diet.... I have tried to cook for myself tonight but I didn't feel hungry, I left half of my meal. I have recently been diagnosed with GERD (Spasm of the Oesophagus) and it's so painful and frightening. I think that has something to do with putting me off my food? I find it easier to drink Huel meal replacements at the moment than anything else.  

I am sorry to hear this Jasmine. And I am sure your recent diagnosis has contributed to putting you off eating. Having meal replacements is a good idea. But I think you should discuss your fears with the doctor and get a referral of some sort to help you. Good luck and keep me posted.
