Happy Monday FS family.

I'm one pound away from my mini weight goal (133) and I have to say I'll take it. I think I would not have gotten here without the support of everyone here and my new bf which I met during Covid. Now that the relationship is gone, I hope I have the strength to continue to be good and not fall into bad habits or allow my sadness to trigger emotional eating. 🤞 I will try to stay positive and stay active. I admit being sad has me sitting in bed longer, wallowing in my sadness and unmotivated to move. I have to remember that I do feel so much better after I am active and moving. It also helps me get out of my head.

I hope everyone who is going through some type of struggle is doing well and staying positive! I am here rooting for you and sending you positive loving energy 💖 as I know you will be for me!. Better things are out there for us!!
