My boys are gone for the weekend. hockey tournament a few states over, so it's just me and my daughter. we'll do our favorite girly thing tomorrow which is "hang out at Olive Garden!" sounds silly, but we can sit there and eat salad for hours! we usuall don't get the pasta, just salad and minestrone soup. probably not the healthiest or lowest in fat foods, but not tooo guilt laden either.
It's just nice to spend time with her- they grow up too quick. I can't beieve she's 12, and that makes me..... and unmentionable age!

Hey, I just read that you love Whoppers candy. I have LOTS left over, but even if I lived near you I wouldn't give them to you. That would just be wrong. Have fun at the O.G. with your daughter!

I agree with your statement about finding the proper food combinations (Janelle's Journal). I think that is one of the most important aspects for stabilizing oneself and being able to get control over one's weight.
