Any time. Also on IG if you need to talk. I understand what it feels like. And this covid thing doesn’t help much... Food could be some kind of escape. But then you feel guilty and so on. I think many of us know about it. I’ve struggled with that all my life. You’re much younger. I hope you can control it much earlier than me. I’m starting to feel better about it now, in the last few years. Anyway, big hug and remember you’re precious and valuable. And your keto recipes look amaziiiiing 💝

Don't be lonely! There is always someone here to chat with. Whenever I move to a new town I join the gym/pool. It is a great way to meet likeminded people. But you can't even do that just now.
