I think finding stressors for behavior is a key part of changing my lifestyle. I've been evaluating the last month since I've been back to paying attention to eating and exercise and getting my life back in some some sort of order so I get things accomplished and feel good about myself. I've come up with what affects my behavior. It's my mentally exhausting job. I come home and I just want to zone out and not do anything and not use my brain. I need to find a way to stop that stress from affecting everything else.

This coming week I'm going to try to develop a new habit and see if it helps. Come home from work get a glass of buttermilk with a shake of cinnimon and walk. The beginning of the week will probably have to be on my treadmill cause it's supposed to be really hot then if it cools down some go walk we call the Truman Trail. Then do dinner and try to work on at least one of my many projects instead of being a couch potato and play stupid games on my computer.
