I’ve been away for the weekend at my boyfriend’s and the went up north to see my friends. We had bbq and potatoes and just a ridiculous amount of carbs. I’ve been trying not to blame myself for eating that. We also had drinks and I only drink when I’m in a company so I though I can allow myself this. I don’t feel too bad but I also didn’t log that in because I have no idea how to count all that correctly. Back in low carb today. I think I’ve been doing the low carb wrong! Because I’ve been having around 80-90g carbs daily and from bread, grains and potatoes too. Even though I was controlling the portions. I’ve read today that carbs should only come from nuts seeds and above the ground vegetables. I have lowered the carbs to 65 grams a day, but I am now srsly considering doing keto one day! Will try to do this low carb under 65g for 2 weeks and if it goes well I’ll start looking into a keto transition. Many people say that ithey don’t even crave all those carbs anymore after a while. Let’s see!
