I realized yesterday I seriously need to keep tracking my meals on the weekends. I don't have an app on my phone, so I have to rely on the computer. And on the weekends I'm not on here much. I went to a baseball tournament this weekend and we packed our food and ate breakfast before we left to make sure we could stay on track. I ate a few smaller meals throughout the day, and before dinner I started tallying it up in my head. I hadn't really eaten much, and I didn't make poor choices, but my calorie count had already racked up to over 1000! I'm usually around 700 or 800 on a heavy day before dinner. It's easy to get away from you, and I realize I REALLY need to eat bigger meals. Not huge ones, but eating smaller means now just makes me feel like I'm hungry all the time. I just want to eat and eat and eat today! It's that time of the month so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it, but still. I can't let it get away from me.

What type of phone do you have? I have a blackberry and I have this site as a free app. That is actually how I found this site was on my phone first. Maybe you can download it on your phone also. It is pretty neat because you can sync the two together for when you are away from your computer so you can still keep track of what you are eating. It is my time of the month also and I agree with you that my hunger seems to be pretty strong all day long. It is hard to feel satisfied after I eat. It seems as soon as I am done eating I am thinking about what I am going to eat next. I have been trying to eat more vegetables at night because I can eat a lot of them without taking in a lot of calories. It would be nice if this site informed you when someone sends you a message. Maybe they will add that feature sometime. It is great visiting with you and if you ever need someone to talk to I am here. Are you on facebook? I haven't been on there long but started a private support group on there with my niece, sister-in-law, and old high school friend. If you would like you can join in on the group too.
