A general call out for anyone using our app. We're preparing to kick off a research project to help us better understand people's journeys.

Whether you've succeeded in reaching your goals or you're still struggling (perhaps even feel like you're failing), we want to hear from you.

This work will all go towards helping us build out better experiences in the app that ultimately help more people be more successful.

Please get in touch if you're willing to give us an hour of your time for a confidential interview. We can compensate you for your time with either a free premium account, or an Amazon gift card.

Yes Sir! If I can be of assistance in any way, please let me know! If I might suggest, any efforts made in validating food calorie values would be great! I feel some newcomers to the app and FS site in general get lost logging and incorrectly value their intake. Just me thinking! 👍

I think ppl who have a large weight show be able to Post it’s nice to hear encouragement as it is to give it to another but it will not allow if your too big I love this app it has helped me watch how much I actually do consume n when 👍👍👍 it’s fantastic n I’d hate to lose it honestly but please let those over your weight criteria be able to post n get encouragement too I’m on here with the support of my doctor n my personal trainer they think it’s awesome that I’m still going with it n I’m not complaining about doing it lol absolute hats off to those who provided n also those who made this app possible n also free we are thousands grateful ❤️❤️❤️✅✅✅✅👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁

Ok, what I’d suggest is that people do this: - go to ‘Contact Us’ in the app (we’ve just turned this on for everyone). - select ‘other’ as the topic - send a short message for me (Ben Ryan) - when you have sent your message you’ll be asked if you want to participate in user research: select Yes We’ll then be in touch over the next 1-2 weeks about an interview time/next steps.
