Have you ever had a craving for something just because its a seasonal food?
Like, you get into the spirit of christmas, so you want hot chocolate?
Tonight, I forgot that I really dont like real caramel apples.
Their texture is too tough for me to eat, honestly.
So i started spooning warm caramel out of the pan and then digging it into the peanuts. sweet caramel + salty peanuts = WEAKNESS FOR ME!
long-story-short... I ate too much, got sick, and threw it up.

I really love halloween treats. Pumpkin seeds, Candy, Cup cakes, cookies, candy corn, pumpkin spice frapuccinos, etc etc.
So i decided that I was going to space out my treats, and even moderate them to fit in my diet, instead of just pigging out the last couple days of october.
Like I am going to order a Lite Pumpkin Frap w/ out whipped cream, go home and spray on my own FF whipped cream + nutmeg and all spice.
A tall [which is the smallest size... heh] with ff whipped cream will be 150 calories vs 300-andsomething if i order the reg. HA

In november and december, I am going to try to eat NO junk food at all expect on holidays!
And the only junk food I can really think of is pie on thanksgiving day and christmas day, and cake on my bday.
I dont go for christmas candy.

I need to remember not to pig out on sweets. AND eat them after I have eaten my reg meal. Otherwise, i get full on them, then they make me sick, and I feel like shit.

Well I'm off to go love life some more.
