3000kcal eaten today already. I hate myself so much. I will not weigh myself again because each time I do I loose all hope and the smallest bit of positivity and confidence I would get after 1 day of healthy eating. This has gone too far. I’ve never weighed more in my life. My period is gone. I’m obese. And so upset that I won’t even go outside today because it’s hot and I don’t want to wear anything revealing and it’s too hot for a hoodie. Crying all day. I really can’t get this right. I hate myself, pity myself, and keep on eating. Life honestly looks like a dark place when you are that fat and lumpy and I don’t even wanna keep struggling and taking it anymore. I hate my fat fvcking self.

Olsste . Well done on being honest in recording your food input. That is a positive step. When you look at your meals, are you able to change some of the foods with other similar foods with less calories or reducing the quantity to try and come within your recommended calories. I find that by drinking more water/sugar free squash before meals and throughout the day helps curb any hunger pangs. It can take a while to settle into a new lifestyle, as this is what it is. It can be hard to change the types of foods you are used to but if you do this a little at a time you will find that you will develop new tastes. Have a look at other people's food intake via their profile to get ideas and don't be afraid to copy their menus. That in itself can take off the pressure of knowing what to eat. There is no rule on how often you weigh in. If it helps, why not measure parts of your body and write the measurements down rather than weighing and re measure in a month's time. Set yourself small exercise goals, if they are too big you may feel overwhelmed. Remember we are all here for you, this journey you are on is a team effort and I am sure everyone will be routing for you from now on. I certainly will!

Sounds like you're caught in an emotional eating cycle. I've been there, had a crazy bad relationship with food but did a lot of reading to try and heal before I started here on FS. There are lots of fun and interesting reading materials, blogs, etc on body positivity, intuitive eating and healing food relationships. In my area we also have a lovely lady who practices a form of therapy for this and if you're feeling really sad about it all perhaps it's worth having a loom in your area? Moving to social media accounts that celebrate body positivity and moving away from diet and slim beautiful (but usually fake/edited) photo accounts also does a world of good! Perhaps put fat loss on the back burner whilst you tackle any underlying issues? It worked for me like I said 🙂 there's more to life and we all just want you to be happy ❤️

I agree with Gilly, I also have really bad days where I struggle to get out the door so I take a break, reset, get my mind back in the game then come back. I swear by my meditation app, it helps me focus and clear my head and makes me calmer and not so emotional which curbs my emotional eating.Everyone has off days but don't let it win, you can do this! Hope u feel better soon ❤️

Oh please don't tell yourself you hate yourself! You are so much more than just your body/how you look. Regardless of weight loss, it's really important to learn to change the way you think and speak about yourself. One technique is to think about the person you love the most in the world - would you speak about them that way? It's so important to try and foster positive thought patterns about yourself.

Looking at what you have been eating on your posts, it looks nice, varied and healthy. Certainly don't hate yourself, the fact you are here suggests you are serious and take this as a blip. If chocolate or cake etc is your weakness try not to buy it for a bit and have a bit of fruit etc. You will get there, lots people on here who have had great results with ups and downs. Good luck 🙂

Right so the fact is you know you’ve eaten 3000 calories shows you know how to count your calories and your still keeping an eye on them if you just said F**k it and just kept eating you wouldn’t have a clue how many you have eaten so that shows you have some control of your diet maybe it’s something else that’s making you want to eat. Your not Obese just carrying more weight then you want too so start by telling yourself that. Stop beating yourself up x

Hey!!! Stop dragging yourself down you've admitted to yourself what you have done your not going to get a life sentence for that will you?? You may not love yourself at the moment but WE DO that's what we all here for, so get that chin up 😊♥️ and eat a little less tomorrow, we can't be looking like Amanda holden over night 😂 and we don't have her cash to do so dig deep and wake up in the morning and say I'm going to do it little and often if you feel like something you shouldn't have go upstairs or outside do something it will wear off we are all here for you xxx
