Thank you 🙂 , fingers crossed for a better day today then . 😒 I’m up at 3.48 am haven’t slept so I smell recipe for disaster.  

Early riser? 

Try and eat less today and for the rest of the week that way you even out the calorie and hopefully be fine. What helps is if you plan your week's food ahead you will find it easy to stick to the plan. You got this 💪🏽 

Leanne, you can do this! We all have a moment(s) where we fall off the track but we can get ourselves up and keep going! You'll ace it don't you worry. Sam xx 

Thanks you guys for your encouragement. Much needed. I’ll try what bubblegum14 said and eat less for the rest of the week. Might do the lemonade drink for a few days or juicing. What’s your opinion on juicing ?  

yeah, we all have those big hitter calorie days. You have just got to claw it back the best you can. Like Bubbles says.
