LG supports "Black Lives Matter"!

If you do too, The King Center is conducting an online protest for those of us that can't participate in person, here's the url:

If your response to that is "All Lives Matter", then I want to know; How long have YOU been VEGAN?

If you're not, and still have the audacity to support that statement, you are either uninformed, or just plain ignorant. Yeah, I just went there!

This week has been so stressful for me personally that I haven't posted anything. I try not to get political on FS, as this is supposedly a weight management safe place. Unfortunately when I'm stress eating unable to get rid of the tight feeling in my chest because of what's happening in the world, and not sleep without childhood flashbacks or nightmares, then YES I'M BRINGING IT!

I saw last night, that one of the things I could do with my "White Privilege" was not to make what's happening in the black community about me, so my experiences with friends & family will remain mine. The other two things, well I've been doing those my whole life, so I was born and raised "WOKE"!
