Riced cauliflower is amazing! You can do so much with it and tastes great by itself. I did make a black bean burrito with riced cauliflower, lettuce, a little cheese, and jalapeños. Delicious! 

I eat riced cauliflower several times a week. It's my favorite side to make.

How do you make rice cauliflower? It sounds delicious! 

I buy the frozen riced cauliflower and microwave it. Then just add seasonings. This one has salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder along with shredded carrots and green onions. 

Nancy you can make it by putting raw cauliflower and water in a blender, just be sure you have enough water so the cauliflower floats, then pulse until it is rice sized, don't over do it. Pour into a strainer & there it is. Cook however you like.

I like to buy the plain frozen riced cauliflower because it comes in it's own steam bag, I don't have to dirty any extra dishes. 4 in minutes the microwave and done. Quick and easy and delicious. In fact I usually buy 2-3 bags at a time that way I always have some in the freezer. 

Good idea Letty, my problem is a small refrigerator with an even smaller freezer, so space is at a premium. Anyway, your meals always look delicious, and you always look fantastic. I am inspired by you. 💛

Several years ago my fridge broke, so we had to buy a new one. My husband put the old one on our back porch and tinkered with it and he fixed it. So luckily now we have two fridges. And it nice to have the extra one.  

I love riced cauliflower. Usually buy bulk at Sams when I go and use it several times a week.
