Finished the squat challenge yesterday!!! So glad to get those 250 squats done, I don't think I ever need to do 250 squats in one day again, lol. I think starting the first I'll start the challenge again, but just go to day 20 and just do it over and over every 20 days. Weight hasn't really changed. I'll do my measurements on the first, hope some inches have been squatted off!

Vacation is wonderful, it didn't sink in until yesterday afternoon that I have the whole week to chill!! It's raining today so we'll be indoors, tomorrow we're shopping and then some swimming to finish off the week. It's weird, but nice to not have a schedule!!

Thannk you! I got a bit creative as I was doing them while we were watching TV, I did a set of 20 squats with each kid on my back. One is 60 lbs, the other 85. . . didn't think I'd be able to do 20 with the 85lber but I did!! Was pretty proud of myself.

Good for you!! Your leg measurements may show you a loss even if the scale doesn't. Have fun with your vacation this week!!

That's fantastic! 250 squats in one day is a little much. I'm content doing 60-100 squats at a time. I really like the hot potato squat. Have a great week chillin'!

I love the hot potato squat! And I totally agree, I'll be sticking to under 150 squats.
