Got to have some sodium in the mix. How have you been JC? 

I’m good Jaimejay ♥️ Just trying to keep it moving friend with weight and work. This post was great🤗 it gave me another meal to work with, and you know I was onto your pickles right away friend 🤗🥰 How have you been? You seem well☺️💜💚 

I've been doing very well JC. As you know I work outdoors so it's really great for my health, but it comes at a cost too. I have to keep my electrolytes out the roof so I am evaluating and expanding my business, so that I wont have to bear this weight much longer. I'll tell you what. I created this groove of making a list and checking it twice and every present I've put in the list has come to me. Life is a big present now, I know it. We just have to shift our view a little bit and every experience becomes that much more rewarding and enlightening. I turn every corner in time aware of this gift now and I'm giving it to you. Have a great week girl, and remember that you have all the answers inside of you! The power is yours JC. Have you been struggling with anything? Do you let me know.
