Great start to the day chestnut 😊 

Thank you so much bubblegum are you keeping allright? How is Mya? 

Yes, I'm doing great and so is Mya, Thank you How are you and your mum doing? From the looks of it, you will reach your goal sooner than you think. X 

I am glad you and Mya are doing well. I still go round my mums every morning to get her breakfast, i don't know about my goals. Are you putting the weight back on and i am sure your hair looks beautifull just like the rest of you.  

Not put any weight on yet but hopefully has I start eating more as the days pass I will put it back on. Can't wait!!! Your a sweetheart! 😘 

Bubblegum i only say what i think there are no smoke screens with me, i wish i could be more like such a nice person❤

Chestnut, How are you adding the turmeric to your green tea or do you buy it already prepared in a bag? I’m intrigued to try this manically potion 😃 

Leanne we have a very good spice shop in Worthing, Grape Tree from which you can order on line they do it in ground form in 500g jars, i put in a tablespoon in a pint glass(shows i am drinker!), then i add green tea bags lemon flavour and hot water no milk. Then for the rest of the day the residue of turmeric left in the glass i will drink with water.  

Thank you chestnut, I will have to order some, - on another note I have just re read my message to you and saw my auto correct struck again and I wrote manically potion 🤪 !?! I meant magical potion!! 🧙‍♀️  

Leanne where do you live? No need to apologise to me i am always mistyping. If you want to add some kick to your Tea you can try adding ginger 

And pint glasses are good... I use them most weekends for my 🤫🤫 double Rum or JD - with a mixer honest!! 😜🤪🍺🥃🍷 I’ve even drunk wine from one, as I couldn’t be bothered to keep refilling my glass!!! I know that’s bad but I don’t care!!! 😂

You sound like lady after my own heart, why waste time refill a glass? Cambridge that is a ice area of the country, i bet you have some beautiful countryside? 

Leanne i dare not put my alcohol intake in a dairy that is why i don't keep a dairy.

🤣😂🤣 I know, also makes you not have that next one sometimes, I’m sure I look like a total alcoholic but you only live until your liver gives up 🤣 (I shouldn’t joke really!) Cambridge is nice, and you don’t have to go too far for stunning country side, rivers, pubs, etc. Of course like anywhere there are some not nice areas but that’s the people that live there not the place really..
