I took my walk in a new place today. I moved to a spot in the desert that's near Area 51. I'm near Caliente, Nevada. Here's a couple shots I took while getting my exercise. I'm hoping to get a picture of a UFO soon, or is that one hovering over the camper trying to look like a cloud. 👽👀😆

Yes, acomandr. We camped here last year and wanted to return. It's free camping here, boondock style, which means there's no electric, water, nothing available here. This place is a bit fancier than most though. It has a few covered picnic tables, with fire rings, and charcoal grills. There are also vault toilets nearby, and trash cans. We don't use the toilets, but the trash cans are real handy for us.

I just purchased a vintage 1978 Airstream last year, I wish I could trailer around the country, but it doesn’t have its own license plates. So I have it on a lot and I’ve been using it that way. I thank my lucky stars everyday, najwa! I'm having the time of my life. Last year I got to spend three months driving around Canada and Alaska, for goodness sake. This year Montana, maybe Wyoming and South Dakota, and Colorado. Around every corner is something else new and amazing to discover. I'm so lucky.

You are truly and mightily blessed! My hubby and I dream of a nomad life someday. We have for about 20 years already, and it will be maybe another ten more years of dreaming. We have thought to start with just a fitted out van... See if it is the life for us. Enjoy! And keep sharing the photos so we can enjoy your world vicariously! It is so FS related! Just as much as a gym picture and ever so much more beautiful!

What an interesting journey! The site you describe here reminds me of a place in California by the Salton Sea callled "the Slabs". Do you have an Instagram account? Your pics are great!
