No loss again. I've had a lot going on the past two weeks. Jim and I bought a travel trailer, a truck , and a new refrigerator. We're waiting for our the loan check to pay off the truck, our trailer will be picked up on the 19th, and my frig just came today.

On top of everything I'm gonna have company at my house for the next two weeks, so I'm gonna be away for awhile but I'm gonna still eat right at least I'm gonna try lol

Stay positive and focused. I'm having the same issue but we have to stay in the fight. Sending you happy and encouraging thoughts. I believe in you but firstly believe in yourself because you can do anything you put your mind to.

I know what you mean about trying to stay on track when there are so many things going on but try this make at least one meal a that isn't going to have so many calories and fat one meal then make sure you drink plenty of water. I like the Starbucks cups with the straws it really works. I have a trip coming up and I know when I do I tend to over eat but I am going to make one meal a smart one and see what happens I will let you know. Its one day at a time have a good day. ginger
