Dang I hate these spikes! It would help if I understood what causes them. This time possibly that it was that tom. I will have to look back and see if this is the pattern for water weight gain or what? Looking forward to it starting back the right direction. It would be so much easier if I didn't have to keep losing the same weight over and over again!

Ate you taking to many carbs out of out diet?

I eat lots of carbs. I think I have to work harder on increasing my fruit and vegetable intake.

Don't be a pushover...you will lose weight just remember to go for a walk every day.good luck.

If it would ever quit raining here it has been so wet and moist I step out side and my sinus stop up to the point I think I need to beg for air :-)

It snowed and rained so much here this spring...then nothing for a long time...then too much rain again. Now back to another dry stretch. Possibly some rain in the next couple of days. The climate is really unpredictable these days. Glad my only issue with sinus problems rears up when I cut the lawn. Allergy tablet and it is all good. Tonya you must be allergic to mold if it is too wet. You need some sunlight to kill the mold.

I need to invest in a drug company thats make sinus meds...lol. have trouble in the fall to and for some reason when we go thru IL that state tears me up to.

I totally understand you..I got your problem...but in different way..I live in a Muslim country which I have to put many things on to go out...and when you go out..I can't explain it...you know...there are so many obstacles..any way try to make your meal smaller..for example stop eating when you still feel hungry..don't forget to cut the dinner or supper out...wish you best.
