Clearly not the most attractive photo...my face is soooo red, but today I hit a record for me. 6 miles an hour steady for 2.5 miles... hills and all. Not a big deal for the real runners in our group, but for me it was a victory. Now... I'm aiming for a full three. I can jog longer, but not at that rate :)

Great job! After reading several comments on this FB group I'm in reference people wearing down their knee cartilage and not being able to run anymore, I am scared of going long distances and especially at a quick pace. I think I was going 5 mph today in fear lol

Busjwanie! How are you doing? Thank you! Diablo! Thank you for the encouragement!! I too am concerned about my knees. I run only a couple times a week as a result. I walk a lot more. Often I jog around five miles, but I'm trying to be really careful. You are NOT trying to get littler! You could probably run all day and not get tired. 😁 dhatura dear! 💕🌸💕 Thank you!
