In Mexico this week on biz... worked out 30 mins last night at the hotel fitness center. It's not like the gym i normally work out at, but i guess it will have to do until i get home...

I don't know what part of Mexico you are ?? there are alot of fresh fruits and veggies and lots of good food.. enjoy your stay., I am from Mexico City been here since I was 12-- I been all over Mexico to most beaches and I am returning to Cancun again very soon.. Enjoy

I'm in Saltillo at the Chrysler assembly plant... I've enjoyed my multiple trips here, but i'm SURE there are other more beautiful... FUN places to be in Mexico :) Saltillo is an "interesting" place... having lived MY entire life outside of Detroit, Michigan... this is a VERY different place to be! LOL Thanks for the well wishes! mike
