The past five months have been difficult to get back on track... with two jobs and a 5 month old is making it hard to find time to work out. I haven't been eating as well as I should be either. I need to start back at square one and start with one thing at a time and build up from there. My goal this week is to get rid of pop again. I did really well last time with it and I dropped 10 pounds right away... but with little man not sleeping through the night yet saying goodbye to the caffeine may be harder to do this time... Wish me luck!

Sounds like you are busy! It's so hard to workout when you have a baby and work. When my kids were little I'd do DVD's and try to at least get 30 mins. in while they were napping or in the play pen or something, but that's not always feasible. Dropping one thing at a time and making gradual changes is a good way to do this, it helps keep you going. You can do this!! Good luck!
