Esther, go to the more button at the bottom then click settings. Half way down or so there will be a ‘share my’ thing. Click that and you can set it to everyone, followers or private. ;)

I took a diet vacation, I'm back and the news feed is like a soap opera, or crazy high school episode gone wrong. mental health is as important as physical health. stay healthy dear.

@eat_little, I am thanks! My pharmacy messed up and shorted me two months of my antidepressant/anxiety pill. I’ve been off of them for a few days and they just got it sorted out so now back on them. When taking them I get my feelings hurt. When off of them my filter leaves and everything rolls off. It’s actually freeing without them but I still like it better with them. I’m much calmer and less quick to anger with them. With them I don’t obsess about if the cancer will come back or dwell on losing my parents. I should perhaps avoid FS and FB for another two days until my body adjusts back to the medication. ;)  

Idk what is going on. I rarely get ok here compared to a while ago. Sorry about the problems.

Thanks. Long story. No biggie :). Been meaning to ask if your gym is opening soon? Ours is opening by appointment only starting Monday. Can’t wait to see how much strength I’ve lost lol. Went easy today to hopefully save strength/energy for Monday!  

No, I think we're are on lockdown for at least the rest of May. Oh well, I'm doing well without one so far. I'm happy for you! That's great!
