Well today I am back to normal with my eating habits. This week I was skipping meals and having too many Atkins products. I stayed under 20 NC this whole week but I probably won't see a loss in the scale. Now I'm back to eating 3 meals a day plus one snack and I feel good. For breakfast I ate 2 fried eggs with a serving of hot sauce, 3 Vienna sausages, and a glass of Diet Iced Tea. For lunch I had half a chicken breast with cheddar and bacon, a cup of baby spinach with bleu cheese dressing, one pickle spear, and 2 hot & spicy wings along with 2 cups of Diet Iced Tea. For snack I had an Atkins shake and for dinner I tried the Ragu meatloaf from the recipe challenge along with 3 cups of water. Wasn't too hungry so I just ate the meatloaf alone but it was goooood!
I started exercising too, today I did 30 min. of brisk walking. I want to try to keep that up for a week straight and then add on gradually. I'll probably have to chalk this week up as a loss but next week I will for sure see some loss on the scale even if it's just 1 or 2 lbs......Today's NC was 15.42.....
