Such a pretty pretty picture with your puppy. I know you must be very happy to be pregnant. This is a very hard time to go through that. Try and rest as much as you can and that will help your depression. You might find some interesting things on YouTube to watch. I watch it all the time and I learned so much. Just type in the search bar about pregnant women. Congratulations to you. My son and daughter-in-law are expecting a baby boy in 5 weeks. This is our ninth grandbaby. Everyone is so excited! 

I found that P5P worked better than B6 for my morning sickness. but you may want to get a mineral and vitamin deficiency panel first before starting any supplement regimen in case your deficiency in something else is causing your nausea. Good luck I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you so much everyone! I started my first dose of a new depression meditation that is safe for pregnant women today. I'll know how it's going in about a month when its fully in my system. I did make a promise to myself to make myself get out of the house. I walked 14,000 steps yesterday and felt great after. So I'm hoping to keep that up each day and it should help my spirits. Thank you all for your compliments and support. I will definitely ask my doctor about the P5P, never heard of it. Research time. As of yesterday I am 16 weeks and baby is the size of an alvacado lol. Axyl my pup loves babies and he sleeps on top my tummy or next to it every night. He can not wait for his new sister or brother to come home. I'm diagnosed with PTSD and Bipolar disorder and the no medication thing just wasnt working for me. We will see how this month goes. I CAN NOT WAIT TO FIND OUT THE GENDER ON 5/18!
