Ok so I did end up weighing myself at my moms and my weight guess was correct! I really thought I was low balling it with how bad I've done these last couple weeks... I'm ok with what happens... Just want to move forward from this rut. I was talking to my girl this week and realized yeah goals are great and help u push... But my body doesn't work that way and if i don't hit it... Really who am I racing with? No one! I need to just get healthier and strive to meet my goals for myself but not let it monopolize my life or hinder my ultimate goal which is to b healthy.

@bake.. Yeah I thought about it bc u know some have the habit of dieting to fit a dress for a specific function or dropping ten lbs for an event.. Then do it in a unhealthy way and quit once they hit there goal... I plan on doing this forever so why am I in a rush to lose 15 lbs? Lol even if I lost one lb a year I'd still only b 45 when I hit my goal... Lol yes I'm exaggerating but I'm sure u know what I mean lol
