Ok clearly I'm horrible at keeping up with journals. I'm seriously considering weight loss surgery at this point. Lap band isn't as extreme as gastric by pass and it's adjustable and reversable. Pray for me please.

I think that whatever you choose to do it is all a step in the right direction. Your health is the most important thing you have, and if surgery is going to allow you to achieve better health than I say go for it. Most people battle with their weight at some point in their lives, I think you are awesome to recognize that you might need some assistance.
