I've been dabbling a little here and there. Eating 3 cheese puffs yesterday, 1 oreo cookie. I had a bite of cake. I try not to but I miss all the fast food and goodies. I have kids for goodness sake and i'm surrounded by this stuff all day. I fit in my exercise 5-6 days outa the week. Then to top it all off i'm potty training my son and he's doing well, he pee's in the potty all day. He's had a couple of accidents but its ok cuz he just started this week. Maybe that's another reason I feel like I wanna snack. It's wierd I wasn't craving anything before, I think ever since I cheated at my sis in laws house w/ the hot dog it brought back all those yummy memories. I messed myself up...ha ha ha. Oh well, at least I haven't over done it. Just thought i'd give an update. Hope your all doing well*

You are doing great..no worries on the cheats, you are doing great and I know you will continue to do so! Keep your chin up and remember do what you have to do to get you though the days, but don't over due it!! Keep up the great work!
