Hi people, newbie here and in much need of moral support. By the way hope all are well and staying safe in these hard times. My story has always been the same, easy to pile on the lbs just sniffing food. Always been a cuddly mama but I lost 7 st in 2016 and felt great. Kept it off for a bit but come June 2018 saw it was creeping on, 2st gained. So I joined slimmers world and lost 2.5 St by the sept. Then I hit a plateaux... Started yo yoing on, off, on, off... I stayed struggling with very little support till the feb. Decided I would give up going slimmers world as money got tight and I felt was paying for nothing but also gave up smoking..... Well I finally succeeded at something. Over a Yr smoke free and not missing it, however.. I also had a major upset in the April where I lost my father so hit an all time low.. Now here. I am right back where I started weight wise. Menopause has decided to slap me in the face too so I know this is gonna be a major slog... Just hoping this app and with your support, I can get to that happy place again x.

Well done on the giving up smoking, a really great achievement and not starting again despite your troubles. You seem like a spirited lady with determination and tenacity. Good luck and we are all behind you xx
