Good morning FS! I've been on FS for about a month now and my weight hasn't moved much which I'm not surprised. It took me one year to lose 10 pounds and 2 months to gain back 5 before I joined FS. Originally when I joined FS, I didn't understand the 💚 emoji when scrolling through the feeds. I use to think why would you 💚 a weight gain but eventually I learned that this was a sign of support and that the FS family is behind me and cheering me on and not to give up.

So thank you everyone!! And if you are on the wrong side of your diet, and see my 💚, remember I'm sending you 💚 and support! Stick with it and we will reach our goals.
